The focus will be on core subjects such as Malay, English, Mathematics and History. Through the mentor-mentee concept, students are taught learning techniques and tips for answering examination questions, which will significantly improve their performance in non-core subjects also. The teaching staff comprises of subject specialists from Maktab Rendah Sains Mara and the Ministry of Education. Maktab Rendah Sains Mara or MARA Junior Science College provides boarding schools and educational opportunities for gifted and intellectual Malaysian secondary school students.
Aramco has been the benefactor of the program since 2021, implemented specifically at MRSM centers, enabling students to experience their high-profile learning environment. Since beginning its support, Aramco Malaysia has sponsored 1,000 students from nearby local schools to attend the program with the aim of reaching 1,500 students across its duration.
"This tuition program will provide students with the necessary knowledge to pass and excel in their SPM examination and ultimately further their tertiary education, said Aramco Malaysia's Managing Director, Ayman M. Hoho. “Congratulations to all of 2021's students on their results, and thank you to the educators for their unwavering effort and time in ensuring student success."
